Christian advises and represents clients on matters mainly in the field of international taxation. Prior to founding U.S. Tax & Legal, he worked with KPMG in Germany and in Switzerland, providing U.S. tax expertise to expat individuals, as well as to multinational organizations. Typical areas include income taxes, estate and gift taxes, international tax treaties, taxation of cross-border equity, payroll compliance, and voluntary disclosure programs such as the Streamlined Foreign Offshore Procedures.

Admitted to practice law in New York and before the U.S. Tax Court; member of the German Rechtsanwaltskammer Frankfurt am Main as Attorney at Law for U.S. law; admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as an Enrolled Agent.
